You can easily get support for Easy Driver Pro by clicking the "About" tab and using the Support link. Registered users may ask questions about a specific device.

To ensure a speedy resolution, please provide us with as much information as possible about the issue you are experiencing.

Find Support

  1. Open Easy Driver Pro. (Click Start, click Programs, Probit Software, Easy Driver Pro and then click Easy Driver Pro.)
  2. Click the "About" tab.
  3. Click link to navigate to our support site.
  4. Read through the FAQs to find a solution or click "Open a Ticket" to ask a question.

Ask a question (Device specific)

  1. Open Easy Driver Pro. (Click Start, click Programs, Probit Software, Easy Driver Pro and then click Easy Driver Pro.)
